John H. Renken

After his graduation from the University of Southern California, John founded The Renken Company, a full-service real estate company providing an array of services to the commercial real estate industry, including partnership syndication, brokerage, property management, real estate appraisals, and consulting.

John’s passion for real estate and vast experience of over 25 years in brokerage, property management, and appraisals of all types of assets has given him a unique and diverse perspective of the commercial real estate industry. Much of his expertise focuses on consulting real estate investors in the buying, selling, or growth/expansion of their real estate investments. To date, he has procured both real estate and private business acquisitions valued at over $200 Million and under his leadership, The Renken Company manages a portfolio valued in excess of $1 Billion and appraises over $500 Million in commercial real estate annually.

In addition to his real estate endeavors, John was a Co-Founder and Director of Stellar Business Bank in 2007. As Co-Founder, John was directly involved in capitalizing the bank and helped navigate through the arduous State and Federal approval process. During his time with the bank, John Chaired the Asset/Liability Committee and served on its Loan Committee until the bank merged with Alta Pacific Bank in 2012.

Through his many years of deep-rooted relationships with banks, lenders, and real estate professionals, and a combined 55 years of industry experience with his co-founding partners, Integrity Private Capital was born. Their hands-on experience together across all asset classes and in all facets of real estate, including finance, acquisition, disposition, extensive property renovations, and raising investment capital has given them great knowledge and expertise.

John sources new private equity and manages investor relations through communication, reporting, and an honest, fully transparent approach. He also works closely with real estate professionals and borrowers to acquire new assets for the company and is the key contributor to real estate evaluations. John earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California with an emphasis on Real Estate Finance.

As a result of his expertise, John is a sought-after expert witness and guest speaker for multiple local institutions and organizations. John also currently holds board positions with privately held companies and not-for-profit organizations. In his free time, John is a fitness enthusiast, participating in prominent events like the Boston Marathon (5-time finisher), the New York Marathon, the Chicago Marathon, and Half Ironman’s in 2018 and 2019, among many others. John is married to his wife of 25 years, Kelly, and has three adult children, all of which are or have been collegiate athletes at the leading universities of Washington University in St. Louis, the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton School of Business), and the University of Southern California (Marshall School of Business).

Kelly M. Arft

After graduating from Central Michigan University in 1988 with two degrees and being the successful proprietor of a family owned retail business in Birmingham, Michigan for 10 years, Kelly relocated to Southern California to adapt his business acumen and work ethic to the real estate industry.

For over 20 years Kelly has helped run The Renken Company as a Principal partner and Vice President of Real Estate Operations. As the Associate Broker for the Company, Kelly helps guide the majority of daily operations in acquiring, repositioning, managing, and maintaining the quality standards for all assets under the Company’s control. Kelly has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate ownership and administration, including syndication, legal formation, financing, due diligence, property management, brokerage, construction management, financial analysis, and IT integration to name a few. Currently, The Renken Company oversees over 2 million square feet of commercial, mixed-use, and multi-family real estate valued at over half a billion dollars.

While Kelly is an active player in the real estate industry as a service provider, consultant, and investor, his desire to open new doors has continued to shape his resume. Believing that all successful enterprises have small business roots, Kelly has been involved in the planning, implementation, financing, and development of non-real estate related companies as well. Interacting with skilled entrepreneurs in the service and manufacturing sectors has afforded Kelly the opportunity to expand his reach to a wide variety of business interests. As a partner and board member, Kelly is involved in guiding the future of these companies for the benefit of all involved.

No matter what the situation, it is Kelly’s opinion that a viable product or service can only be successful when a good plan is managed by the right people. Team building through strategic relationships is vital to any on-going business concern. Next in line is the ever-present need for liquidity. As a member of the Integrity Private Capital team, it is Kelly’s role to build the bridge between businesses in need and a timely, efficient source of funds.

On the personal side, Kelly is a father of four daughters and has been married to his high school sweetheart, Lisa, for almost 29 years. As a jack-of-all trades, Kelly enjoys, soccer, running, gardening, useless movie trivia, and the occasional poker game.

Bobby Del Real

Bobby began his career in the commercial real estate industry with The Renken Company in 2007 after holding key positions in the retail banking industry for several years. Initially joining to assist with the company’s Property Management division, Bobby quickly inserted himself into direct involvement in all aspects of company operations, including brokerage (sales and leasing), extensive property renovations, due diligence, repositioning assets, and contributing to overall business strategies. Bobby’s diligent contributions to The Renken Company have been an integral part of the company’s steady growth, as he has initiated and led the implementation of many key initiatives that have maximized efficiencies and vastly improved its services to clients, including efforts that have led to significant improvements in long-term financial performance for properties across the portfolio.

To date, Bobby has been involved in brokerage transactions valued in excess of $100 Million and continues to be an integral part of leading property operations, particularly in the due diligence, lease-up, and repositioning of new acquisitions.

As a natural product of their cumulative experience, Bobby and his partners co-founded Integrity Private Capital to raise private capital for real estate lending across the United States, with a primary focus in California. Bobby is directly involved in the day-to-day operations of the company, overseeing investor and business relations, investor communication, underwriting, loan approvals, operations, and setting business strategies.

Bobby’s experience in the industry, which includes time in both recessionary and thriving markets, have given him a diverse and strong background that allows him to have a unique perspective when underwriting transactions for Integrity Private Capital. His broad range of experience in all aspects of real estate and across all asset types allows him to see and evaluate the fine intricacies of every transaction, giving him a unique and in-depth ability to make informed decisions to protect all parties. This experience also allows him to have effective, practical, and direct communications with investors, prospective borrowers, and other business relationships. Bobby earned a Master of Business Administration degree from California Polytechnic University, Pomona.

Bobby has a passion for helping people and as such, he faithfully serves in various church positions, coaches youth sports, and is a Board Member with Steven’s Hope for Children, a not-for-profit organization helping families with seriously ill or injured children.

In addition to serving his community, Bobby spends his free time with his wife, Jenni, and their two energetic young sons. You can usually find them on a baseball diamond, soccer field, on a beach, or at their favorite travel destinations.
